Dates, budget, cabin, loyalty programme, the hotel you liked last time. One sentence is enough; the follow-up questions are the ones a good agent would ask.
Live fares and rooms from carriers and hotels, not estimates that change at checkout. What is quoted is what is charged.
The transaction completes inside the conversation. The ticket is issued, the room is confirmed, the receipt arrives, and nobody is sent to a website to finish.
